Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Ireland only, all over the country, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray and Navan. We do not ship outside Ireland.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on orders of €60 or more. Below that, a flat €22 delivery charge applies. Free delivery is based on your goods total after any discount code. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Express delivery

Express Delivery is an option you can pick in your cart. It costs a flat €22 for the whole order, and that charge applies even when your order already qualifies for free standard delivery.

We do not quote a separate delivery time for Express Delivery. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

How long it takes

We handle and pack your order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Delivery time varies by location, so allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We only receive the tracking code once the parcel has been sent, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our Track Your Parcel page.

Separate packages

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

If something goes wrong in transit

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will put it right at no cost to you. Our Refunds & Returns page has the details.
